  4. the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Since 1991, he has edited the LIST
  5. REVIEW SERVICE, an online-only, electronic publication which reviews Internet
  6. discussion groups (depress ENTER for a sample <jnl.032>.) As a hobby, since
  7. 1990 he has published a scurrilous underground print-only publication, FUGITIVE
  8. POPE (ISSN:1054-8947), a humorous expose of the seamier side of librarianship.
